PAYMENT

· Payment to be made within 7 days. Serious bidders only.
Please do not bid on an item if you do not intend to pay. ]

· Payment can be made via PayPal, Bank Deposit, Bank Cheque, Money Order or Cash on Pickup (where available) . Strictly no Personal Cheques. Please request details for payment methods not accessible through site.

· PICK UP - cash on pick up is also available where pick up is offered for an item

· If you are paying by Bank Deposit please leave your user name or the invoice number as the reference so we can track your payment.

· If you require a Tax Invoice please contact me prior to payment.

SHIPPING, POSTAGE AND HANDLING

· Postage and Handling is charged at a flat rate for all bidders and is not negotiable.

· Items are sent via Courier, Regular Parcel post, Registered parcel post or Express Post (see listing description).

· Items sent via courier will be left on premises (delivery address) if buyer is not present for delivery.

· Items are posted/sent 1-5 days after confirmed payment is received, courier picks up on Monday and Thursday.

· Please make sure your address is up-to-date. Item(s) will be posted to the address provided by this site. It is not our responsibility if it is not the correct address.

· If you would like your item sent via registered post, courier requiring signature on delivery or insured you must inform me otherwise item will be sent via normal mail/courier. Additional cost of $3.00 for each additional service.

· We will not cover lost, damaged, or missing items once I have posted them unless they are registered or insured.

· PICK UP – where applicable, items can be picked up by appointment only, from KARANA Downs, in Brisbane west, near Ipswich

· COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS – Happy to combine postage where possible, email us prior to bidding to obtain quotes, please provide delivery postcode and item details.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all item(s) purchased.

Return the purchased item(s) within 14 days to receive a full refund, less postage and handling costs.

(Return postage costs are at buyers expense)



Steps for Requesting a Refund/Replacement:

1) Make refund request within 7 days via email.

2) Return the item(s) within 14 days using registered post, any item(s) received after the 14 days is not eligible for a refund.

3) Include the item(s) in the unused condition the item was received, including original packaging.
